cazualz (“cazualz”, “we”) runs this website. This page explains what personal data we collect, why, who we share it with and how we protect it, in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
What we collect
- Account: the email address you sign in with, and the name you give us.
- Orders: delivery name, phone number and address, the items you bought and your payment status.
- Selling: photos of the items you bring to our counter, their details and prices, and the UPI ID or bank account you give us for payouts.
- Messages: anything you send us, such as a report about an order.
We do not collect or store your card number, UPI PIN or netbanking password. Payments are entered on Razorpay’s secure checkout and handled by Razorpay.
Why we use it
- To run your account, deliver your orders and handle refunds.
- To list the clothes you sell with us and pay you when they sell.
- To send you messages about your orders, listings and payouts.
- To prevent fraud and meet our legal, tax and accounting duties.
We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Only with the services we need to run the shop, and only what each one needs:
- Razorpay: payments, refunds and seller payouts.
- Couriers: your name, phone number and address, to deliver your order.
- Hosting and storage (Cloudflare, Supabase): to run the website and keep our database and photos.
- Resend: to email your sign-in codes and order updates.
- Government authorities: when the law requires it.
Your public closet page shows the name on your account and your items, never your email, phone number or address.
Cookies
We use one cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep your account data while your account is open. We keep order and payment records for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires (usually 8 years), then delete them.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw your consent, by writing to support@cazualz.com. We will reply within 30 days. We may keep records the law requires us to keep.
How we keep it safe
- The whole site runs over HTTPS, so data between you and us is encrypted.
- Payments go through Razorpay, which is PCI DSS compliant. Your card details and UPI PIN never reach our servers.
- You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email, so we never hold a password for you.
- Only our staff can see order and seller details, and only what their job needs. Payout details are visible to admins only.
- Our database and photo storage are hosted with encryption at rest and access controls.
If we learn of a breach that affects your data, we will tell you and the Data Protection Board of India as the law requires.
Children
You must be 18 or older to buy or sell on cazualz.
