We check, clean, photograph, list and ship. You earn when it sells.
- Bring your clothes to our drop-off centre: Baani Square, Sector 50, Gurugram, Delhi NCR (Mon–Sat, 11am–7pm). Delhi NCR only for now.
- Our team checks each piece on the spot and gives you an estimated price.
- Pick the items to list. Your first item is free. After that, ₹49 lists unlimited items for 30 days. Pay at the counter or online.
- We clean, photograph and list them. The final price can differ from the estimate, and we tell you when it goes live.
- When an item is delivered, your earnings reach your UPI or bank account within 48 hours.

Listing: your first item is free, then ₹49 for unlimited items for 30 days.
About tax
The 18% tax is GST on our fees (margin and service fee), never on your item. It does not go to cazualz: we collect it when your item sells and pay it to the government’s tax authority.
Good to know
- Unsold after 180 days, the price drops 30%. Unsold after 270 days, the item is donated. Listing fees are not refunded.
- Want an item back before it sells? It’s free before it goes live, otherwise it costs the service fee. Collect it within 14 days.
- If we lose or damage your item, we pay you what you would have earned.
