These terms apply when you use cazualz, run by cazualz. By buying or selling with us, you agree to them. You must be 18 or older.

What cazualz is

cazualz sells pre-loved clothes on behalf of their owners (consignment). We check, clean, photograph, list and ship each item, and pay the seller when it sells.

Buying

• Every item is second-hand and one of a kind. We describe its condition honestly and show it in photos. Small signs of wear are normal.
• Prices are in Indian rupees. Shipping (₹99 per order) is shown before you pay.
• An item is held for you for 15 minutes while you pay. Your order is confirmed once payment succeeds.
• If two people pay for the same item at once, the first payment wins and the other is refunded in full.

Selling

• You must own the clothes you bring, and they must not be counterfeit or stolen.
• Your first item is free to list. After that, ₹49 lists unlimited items for 30 days from the day you pay. Listing fees are not refunded.
• We set the final price. When an item sells, you earn the sale price minus our 20% margin, the service fee for its category and 18% GST on those fees. The calculator on Sell shows the exact amount.
• We pay you to your UPI ID or bank account 48 hours after the buyer receives the item, if the buyer has not reported a problem.
• Unsold after 180 days, the price drops 30%. Unsold after 270 days, the item is donated.
• You can take an item back: free before it is listed, otherwise for its service fee. Collect it within 14 days or it is donated.
• If we lose or damage your item while we have it, we pay you what you would have earned.

Tax

GST on our fees is collected on behalf of the government and paid to it. It is not kept by cazualz.

Your account

Keep your sign-in secure. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse or breaking these terms.

Liability

We are responsible for the items while they are with us and for refunds as described on this site. We are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first so we can try to fix any problem. Disputes are subject to the courts of Delhi.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Orders and listings follow the terms in force when they were made.
